Facebook has now become the biggest social media platform that is consumed by billions of users. It was formerly started in one language, English, but later on, with the growing popularity among the masses of all cultures in the world, Facebook began to approach inclusivity by introducing the app and its functions in a plethora of languages.

Today Facebook uses multiple languages to facilitate the app’s functioning and features to all kinds of people from different parts of the world. This approach of bringing different cultures together in one platform has also led to significant growth and popularity of the social media site.

However, the Facebook app, unlike any other app, needs some manual settings to be done in order to enjoy the different language features. The app’s default settings let one use the Facebook app in English, but you can change the language setting and choose your preferred language.

This article is a step-by-step guide on how to change the language on Facebook. Be it an android smartphone or a desktop; you can change the language of Facebook anytime with much ease. Follow the guidelines to know how you can change the language in your Facebook.

Change language of Facebook app in android or iPhone

The steps of changing the language of Facebook in android and iPhone are similar. Follow the below guidelines to successfully enjoy Facebook in your preferred language.
Step 1- Open the Facebook app. This will lead you to the homepage where you can see the posts of your friends.
Step 2- Click on the top-right icon that consists of three horizontal bars or the hamburger icon. A menu of settings will pop up.
Step 3- Scroll down the list to find Settings and Privacy. Click on it.
Step 4- A new list of settings will open. Find Language in this list and click.
Step 5- A language list pops up. Choose your preferred language from the list of hundreds of languages. Click on it, and your Facebook language has been changed.

Change language of Facebook in browser

Some of you often choose to use Facebook directly from the browser rather than downloading the app. In such cases, the steps to change the language are slightly different. Follow the below steps to change your Facebook language in the browser successfully.
Step 1- In your browser, open facebook.com.
Step 2- Login with your username and password. This will bring you to the homepage or your newsfeed.
Step 3- Now, click on the hamburger icon present on the top right corner. A menu with the settings list will open.
Step 5- Search for Translations For Posts and click.
Step 6- Choose the desired language and enjoy Facebook features.

Change your Facebook language on desktop

While using Facebook from the desktop, the setting to change language is quite different. Follow the below steps to get your preferred language on the desktop.

Step 1- Open facebook.com from your preferred browser.
Step 2- Login to your Facebook account using your username and password.
Step 3- In the top right corner of your Facebook homepage, find a drop-down icon and click on it.
Step 4- In the drop-down menu, select Settings and Privacy.
Step 5- Select Settings in the next menu.
Step 6- Select Language and Region.
Step 7- Click on edit in the Facebook language tab. A drop-down menu with various languages can be seen.
Step 8- Select the language you want your Facebook to operate in and click on save changes. You are done and ready to enjoy Facebook in your preferred language.

Conclusion

Now you can change your Facebook language in a matter of a few seconds following this guide. However, you must remember that the change of language in one device does not change in other devices. If you have logged in from your smartphone and changed the language, the language of the Facebook account logged in from different devices will not be changed.

If you are still not using Facebook and are confused about how to create an account, you can download the app and get started. The process to log in to Facebook is very simple. Click on Create an Account and register with the asked details such as first name, last name, email, date of birth, etc. After filling in the details, set up your password and confirm it.
What is “Global Rate Limit Exceeded” error?

First, let’s understand what this error means. On OpenAI, “Global Rate Limit Exceeded” means that too many users have made too many requests to the OpenAI API or ChatGPT in a short period of time globally. This is a protective measure put in place by OpenAI to prevent excessive use of the API and ensure that it remains available and responsive for all users.

If you’re getting this error message, it means that the OpenAI API or ChatGPT is currently experiencing a high volume of requests that the system cannot handle. This is likely due to the large number of users trying to access the system at the same time. Fortunately, this issue is usually temporary, and you should be able to access the system after a short period of time.

How To Fix “Global Rate Limit Exceeded” On OpenAI’s ChatGPT?

Refresh the login page multiple times: As the OpenAI server is overloaded and currently being used by millions of users, refreshing the page multiple times may help to connect you to the system.

Wait and try again later: If refreshing the page doesn’t work, wait for some time and try again later. The OpenAI team is constantly working to improve their system’s ability to handle the increased workload.

Check the OpenAI status page: You can track the status of OpenAI on the official OpenAI status page. If ChatGPT is having any issue, it should be acknowledged on this page. Additionally, a list of “Past Incidents” shows recent problems.

Contact OpenAI support: If you’re still experiencing issues, you can contact the OpenAI support team for assistance. To do so, go to https://help.openai.com/en/ and click on the text bubble at the bottom right corner to access the messaging feature. Write about your issue and send the message. The support team will assist you and help resolve the issue.

If you’re new to OpenAI and need help creating an account or logging in to ChatGPT, follow these steps:

Go to chat.openai.com

Click on the “Sign up” button.

Enter your email address and mobile number in the new tab that opens up.

The “Global Rate Limit Exceeded” error message can be frustrating, but it’s usually a temporary issue that can be fixed by refreshing the login page, waiting and trying again later, checking the OpenAI status page, or contacting the OpenAI support team. Follow these steps, and you’ll be back to using ChatGPT in no time!

If you hunt, you are aware of the value of thermal imaging for scouting your prey. However, thermal monoculars are an ideal option if you’re searching for an economical method to upgrade your hunting arsenal to include thermal imaging. This article will explain what a thermal monocular is and how to benefit from one. Before we tread further into the benefits of using a thermal monocular, let us understand what a thermal monocular is.

Understanding a thermal monocular

The use of thermal imaging via a thermal monocular enables users to navigate in the dark. It’s a little, handy gadget that clips onto your spectacles and makes it possible for you to view in dim light.

Traditional and digital thermal monoculars are the two primary varieties. While traditional monoculars project images onto a screen or film using lenses and mirrors, digital monoculars employ electronic sensors to take pictures and save them on internal storage devices.

Benefits of using thermal monocular

There are several advantages to using a thermal monocular, a few of which you might not instantly think of. Let’s go through some strategies for gaining an advantage in competition and some unconventional uses of a thermal monocular.

Surveillance

While using your thermal monocular to examine a variety of objects, you could find that, if necessary, you can also use it for surveillance. You can readily determine which automobiles were around for the most time (they would be cooler) and which ones have recently arrived (they would be hotter) if a collection of cars are parked close to a house. A thermal monocular can quickly identify any strange people who may be hiding in the darkness.

When it involves thermal technology, there isn’t much hiding. The only situation where this isn’t entirely successful is when there are multiple windows. In addition to the fact that it cannot be used via glass, thermal detection is a fantastic tool for use at night to view and gather information.

Mechanical and home inspection

Consider having a thermal picture of a home. At times, you can begin searching for places where a house’s heated or cold air might be escaping. For this kind of situation, a thermal monocular is an excellent tool. It enables you to determine if someone is residing in a house by looking at a thermal picture of the house.

Imagine if a pipe had a leak or if an HVAC system had not been installed properly. In these circumstances, a thermal monocular serves as a fantastic tool. Additionally, any machine that may be “running hot” may have areas that are the warmest or coldest to the touch. A thermal monocular might be helpful anywhere temperature is important.

Conclusion

As they enable you to view thermal signatures at night, the thermal monocular is an excellent tool. Choose the ideal thermal monocular from a wide range of styles, dimensions, and pricing points. Visit www.agmglobalvision.com or contact a salesman at their shop through their website to locate thermal monoculars ideal for your requirements. They cater to your specific needs without burning a significant hole in your pocket.

Discover the AI chatbot ChatGPT, created by OpenAI, that can chat about various topics, generate lyrics and suggest edits to computer programming code. Learn how it was trained and upgraded to handle visual information, and explore the controversy surrounding its accuracy and fact-checking.

ChatGPT is an <artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by OpenAI, a San Francisco-based research company. Launched in November 2022, it has the ability to converse on a wide range of topics, generate lyrics in the style of artists like Taylor Swift or Billy Joel, and suggest edits to computer programming code. In March 2023, OpenAI plans to upgrade ChatGPT to handle visual information, making it an even more powerful tool.

To train ChatGPT, it was fed a vast amount of data from sources such as articles, websites, social media posts, and conversations with human contractors, all in English. Through this process, it learned to mimic the structure, grammar, and frequently used phrases of writing. It can also recognize shapes and patterns in images, allowing it to respond to queries about the contents of pictures.

However, ChatGPT’s responses may not always be accurate since its sources are not fact-checked, and it relies on human feedback to improve. It may also misinterpret objects in paintings or photos.

Who created ChatGPT?

OpenAI is a research company co-founded in 2015 by Sam Altman and Elon Musk. Originally a non-profit organization, it changed its approach in 2019 to attract more investment by creating a for-profit arm. ChatGPT was developed as part of OpenAI’s strategy to turn a profit. Microsoft invested billions of dollars in OpenAI and integrated ChatGPT’s technology into its search engine and other products. In March, OpenAI announced that it would no longer release technical details of its systems to maintain a competitive edge.

How do ChatGPT and other AI chatbots work?

ChatGPT’s technology is called GPT, which stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer. Transformers are algorithms designed to identify patterns in sequences of data. They predict the next word, sentence, and even paragraph in a piece of text, allowing them to stay on topic for extended periods. Transformers require a lot of data, so they are trained in two stages. First, they are pre-trained on generic data that is easily accessible in large quantities. Then, they are fine-tuned on specific data for the task they will perform. ChatGPT was pre-trained on a vast amount of online text to learn language rules and structure. It was fine-tuned on dialogue transcripts to learn conversational characteristics.

Transformers were developed by Google in 2017 and are now used in many technologies, including Google’s experimental service Bard and Baidu’s Ernie Bot. Transformers are also used to train image-generation software like OpenAI’s Dall-E 2 and Stability.ai’s Stable Diffusion.

Conclusion

ChatGPT is a versatile AI chatbot that can handle a wide range of tasks. While it may not always be accurate, its capabilities are impressive, and OpenAI’s continued development of this technology will undoubtedly lead to even more groundbreaking advances in AI.

It covers the discovery of hidden code within the Netflix app, the company’s plans for gaming on TV, and what users can currently expect from its mobile gaming service.

Netflix is considering testing games that can be played on TV, according to developer Steve Moser, who shared his findings with Bloomberg. He discovered hidden code within the Netflix app that refers to games played on television and the ability to use phones as controllers to play them. The app even includes a prompt asking users if they want to use their phone as a game controller. Moser previously correctly predicted that Netflix’s ad-supported plan would not include offline viewing.

In 2021, Netflix launched its gaming service for Android, iPhones, and iPads, which requires users to download games from the App Store or Google Play due to rules set by Apple and Google. However, these games can be launched from within the Netflix app, and users must have an active subscription to access them. Unfortunately, these games are currently unavailable on the Netflix TV app.

It is unclear how Netflix plans to offer gaming on TV or whether users will need to download the games first. Netflix’s VP of game development, Mike Verdu, mentioned last year that the company was considering a cloud gaming service and looking to offer more than just casual games for TV.

For now, users can access the 55 games available on the mobile app, with 40 more games set to launch in 2023. These games aim to increase engagement and retain users.

HDMI cables have become an essential component of modern home theater systems, allowing users to connect their TV, Blu-ray player, and other devices to their television. However, it can be frustrating when you encounter problems with your HDMI cable, making it crucial to know how to check if it is working correctly. In this article, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to check if your HDMI cable is working or not.

Check the Connections

The first step is to check the connections if you have been experiencing issues with your HDMI cable. Ensure that your HDMI cables are correctly plugged in on both sides. If you are using a wall-mounted TV, make sure that the HDMI cables are connected to the correct ports on the back of the TV. Unplug and plug back in your HDMI cables if they are connected correctly to reset the cable and solve connectivity issues. If the problem persists, try replacing the HDMI cable.

Try a Different Device

If the HDMI cables are correctly connected, and you still have problems, try a different device. Use an older device if you have been using a new device with your HDMI cable, and vice versa. This step will help determine if the problem is with your cable or the device. If the issue persists, it may be a problem with your HDMI cable, and you need to replace it.

Restart and Reconnect Your Devices

Restarting and reconnecting your devices is another effective method to get your HDMI cable working again. Disconnect all HDMI cables from your device ports and shut down all your devices, including your computer, monitor, and TV. Unplug the power cables and batteries for five minutes before plugging them back in. Reconnect the HDMI cables to your devices and power on the TV first, followed by the computer. If this method does not work, you may need to replace your HDMI cable.

Test the Cable with an HDMI Tester

In some cases, it can be challenging to determine whether your HDMI cable is working correctly or not. In these cases, you can use an HDMI tester to check whether your cable is broken. Ensure that the HDMI tester is compatible with your cable before purchasing it. If your cable is working correctly, the tester will not detect any issues.

Check the HDMI Device Setting

If your HDMI cable is not broken, a setting on your device may prevent it from working correctly. Check your device’s settings by plugging it in and opening the device settings. Look for the HDMI settings and ensure that they are correct. Select the appropriate HDMI mode if you are using a TV or game console.

Try a Different HDMI Cable

If you have followed all the steps, and your HDMI cable is still not working correctly, try using a different one. If the new HDMI cable works correctly, your original one is likely broken. If the issue persists, you may need to repair your device or get a new one.

Conclusion

By following these steps, you can determine if your HDMI cable is faulty or not. Troubleshooting any HDMI cable issues becomes quick and easy. If you encounter problems, this article provides an easy-to-follow guide to solve them. You can share this article with your friends who want to know whether their HDMI cable works correctly.

The new term will get added to your dictionary

Remove the Misspelled Words: If you add the wrong misspelled words in your dictionary, you can quickly get rid of them. So while you are typing:

Just hold the suggested misspelled word

The trash can will appear on the screen

Drag the word and drop it in the trash can

There might be situations when you don’t have the time or patience to watch a lengthy YouTube video. In such cases, you just want to watch a section of the video where a certain word is mentioned. Trying to trace a particular moment in a YouTube video can be time-consuming and mind-numbing.

You do not, however, have to do this manually. If you don’t know how to, you have come to the right place. This article will inform you of the various methods to search for words in a YouTube video and across many YouTube videos.

How to find words in a specific YouTube video

Using your browser’s search function in combination with YouTube’s closed caption functionality, you can conveniently pinpoint the precise moment in any YouTube video. Most YouTube videos include captions, either manually inserted by the uploader or other users or automatically generated.

But there is a catch. This method is not possible if the video doesn’t have captions. This is only applicable when watching videos on the YouTube website, not in phone applications:

Step 1: Open the YouTube video for which you want to search the words.
Step 2: Click on the three horizontal dots icons just below the video player.
Step 3: Select “Open transcript” in the menu that opens up. This will show a time-stamped list of captions to the right of the video player.
Step 4: To open your browser’s search function, press Ctrl + F. Enter the word or phrase you want to locate. It will highlight the text if the text is present in the transcript.
Step 5: Click the arrows in the “Find Bar” to browse through all instances of that text.
Step 6: Click on the text in the transcript to skip to the part of the video where your search word is said.

Take this feature with a pinch of salt as it depends on the accuracy of the captions. We cannot assure that the captions are all right, particularly if they were generated automatically. You can also install third-party extensions on your browser and use them to search for specific text.

How to find words across various YouTube videos

This approach is helpful when looking for YouTube videos that include a particular word or phrase.

Open YouGlish.

In the search box, enter the word or phrase you want to find, and then select “Say it.”

To play and skip to where the word or phrase arises, use the controls just below the video player.

If you want to play the next video, press “Ctrl+Right arrow.”

The one drawback of using YouGlish is that it doesn’t show videos whose captions are generated automatically. It shows only those videos with manually added captions.
